Achievements

GCSE Results 2026

Congratulations to all our students on their GCSE results which are a result of their resilience and dedication. 

Headlines include:

82% of students in English and 78% in Maths achieving grades 4-9. 

20%+ of students achieving grades 7-9 in: Music, Textiles, Art, Spanish, Sociology, History, French, DT, Turkish, Russian and Chinese. 

Typical high-flying students achieved grades, such as: 

6 x grade 9, 3 x grade 8 and 1 x grade 7 

6 x grade 9, 2 x grade 8, 1 x grade 7 and 1 x grade 6 

4 x grade 9, 4 x grade 8 and 2 x grade 7 

For those who have already secured a place in our Sixth Form, at College, or on an Apprenticeship programme—congratulations! We have on-site support with careers advice where needed. 

 We are immensely proud of our students for continuously pushing themselves to become the best possible versions of themselves.  These achievements are a vindication of the hard work and collaborative efforts between students, parents, teachers, and governors. Congratulations once again on your remarkable success, and we look forward to welcoming many of you back in our Sixth Form. 

Sixth Form Results

We are delighted to celebrate the A-Level results of our Holmer Green Senior School students. Over 75% of students were awarded grades A*-C. Their results are a culmination of hard work which we congratulate them for.

Star performers this year were many, and include: Finn (A*, A*, A*, A), Oliver (Distinction*, A, A, B), Max (A*, A, A), Inka (A, A, B, C), Lewis (Distinction*, A, B), Oliver (Distinction*, A, B) to name a few.

Student’s University and apprenticeship destinations this year have included: Philosophy and English at University of York: Biomedical Sciences at University of Leeds; Psychology at University of Warwick, English Literature at University of Sussex, Chemical Engineering at University of Nottingham; Geography at University of Sheffield and Finance at University of Southampton. Degree Apprenticeships included Quantity Surveying at Morgan Sindall and an Apprenticeship at Softcat.

These students have epitomised becoming the best possible versions of themselves, and their results are a culmination of 7 years of hard work.

Whilst grades are important, we know they do not define us. We are excited to see how the next stage of your journey goes. Well done to all.
