If your child is going to be absent for any reason please ensure any emails are sent or copied to the attendance@holmer.org.uk email address or ring 01494 719901.   Absences for whatever reason are entered on our SIMS system from a central area where they are coded appropriately.

Please ensure the Attendance Office is informed if your child is going to be absent for religious observance.  We cannot assume that is the reason for absence and we need to know that your child is safe.

Wherever possible please make medical appointments for a time that will not affect school attendance.
