Student Voice
Student voice is a valued and influential part of life at our school, with a wide range of opportunities for students to shape and improve their experience.
Student voice leadership operates through our Student Council group: SUSU (Stand Up, Speak Out), and our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion prefects, ensuring that students are heard at every level of school life. Student feedback is regularly gathered through our annual PASS (Pupils Attitudes to Self and School) survey and the ImpactEd Engage survey, allowing us to respond to student views. This is strengthened by our strong pastoral systems and tutor programme, which provide daily opportunities for students to share concerns and ideas.
Students consistently indicate high levels of satisfaction with the school, reflecting the positive impact of this collaborative and inclusive approach.
