Admissions Holmer Green Senior School is a Community school and the school’s Admissions Policy is that of Buckinghamshire Education Authority, including special arrangements for students with disabilities.

All new buildings have disability access and plans to upgrade existing buildings are in line with the Buckinghamshire disability plans. Details of the official reserved area for the school are available from the Local Education Authority. The admissions policy is that places are offered according to the following criteria, in order of priority:

1. Children who have a Statement of Special Educational Needs which names the school.

2. Children in public care where it is felt the school most appropriately meets the child’s needs.

3. Children living in the official reserved area.

4. Younger brothers and sisters of older children who will still be in the school at the date of admission.

5. Children with exceptional social or medical needs, supported by evidence from an appropriate professional.

6. In the event of over-subscription, once places have been allocated under the first four criteria, the remaining places will be awarded according to the proximity of the child’s home to the school as measured by the nearest available route.
